1.
If the goods are damaged on arrival, you must notify us as soon as possible. In the event that goods are found to be faulty, then we will accept the return of the product within 30 days of delivery and you may request a refund or replacement. During the 12 months guarantee period we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

We shall not be required to refund or replace goods that are found to be damaged or faulty due to customers abuse, misuse or neglect.

If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt, including your instructions whether to refund you or replace it with the correct item.

You have the right to a "cooling off" period after placing your order and you may cancel you order and return unwanted goods, without reason, within 7 working days of the date you received it. You should return it complete and undamaged, complete with all instructions and original packaging. It must arrive with us in it's original condition. We will refund the cost of the goods. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation of the order.

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely, to ensure it will be free from damage and send the package to our address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a trackable-delivery service such as Royal Mail "Signed For" or "Special Delivery". Note that you should ensure that the insured value equals the value of the goods.
